IsOpenForEdit
assetOrMetaFilePaths contains either the asset.meta
file (when clicking on imported files), or the asset file path (when clicking on unity assets).
assetOrMetaFilePaths contains all assets which are currently selected. Usually this is just one, but for multi-selects will contain more than one.
The function returns whether the inspector for this set of assets should be displayed.
I don't know what outNotEditablePaths does.
